Refund policy

Our top priority is ensuring your complete satisfaction. If you ever need to return a product, here’s how we handle it:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Requirements:
1. Items must be in their original, unused, and unopened condition.
2. Packaging must be undamaged and in resalable condition.
3. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
We carefully package every order, but sometimes damages occur during shipment. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

Our Mistake
If we make an error in fulfilling your order, we will cover the return shipping cost. Contact us, and we will send the correct product as soon as possible. A return shipping label will be provided to send the incorrect item back.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at etimesalon@gmail.com.

Additional Notes: EstheTime monitors customer return activity for potential abuse. If we detect what we consider excessive or potentially fraudulent returns, we may notify the customer in writing that future returns will no longer be accepted.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. For discounted or free shipping orders, the actual shipping cost of $14.95 (Canada Post Expedited Shipping) will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges for a different size or product require a reshipping fee unless the error was on our part.
