Order Processing & Shipping
We process all orders during regular business hours (Monday-Friday 9AM - 5 PM MST). Every effort is made to ship your order in a timely manner, however, delays do occasionally occur due to re-stocking of items beyond the control of EstheTime. Please note that in some instances, an item may need to be ordered from the manufacturer, which may cause additional delays.
Delivery Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete with apartment, suite or unit numbers, if necessary to enter your building. If you are shipping to a business address, please include the business name for ease of delivery. We are not responsible for shipments that are delayed, lost, or misdirected due to an inaccurate address being provided.
EstheTime will not be responsible if additional shipping charges are accrued because of incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your parcel is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or is unclaimed or refused, it will be returned or abandoned. It is the responsibility of the customer to incur any and all shipping charges associated with this, including the original shipping and return shipping costs, as well as tax and/or other charges.
Damaged, Lost, Or Short Shipments
Damaged, lost or short shipments should be reported to us immediately so that we can register a damage claim with shipping company. Please do not accept packages that are visibly opened or damaged. All damaged shipments must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Report all damaged shipments to: etimesalon@gmail.com
In the case of freight-bound shipments, please make sure to inspect the contents for any damage prior to accepting the order. Report damage directly to the delivery person and clearly mark the bill of lading as "DAMAGED".

All orders are paid in full and shipped complete.
